This is week SEVEN in the semester: We are learning the vocabulary of the family in Spanish 101; "las fiestas" in Spanish 102; and starting our new chapter in Spanish 211. Here are the magic words for all my students. "Los parientes" (101) Feliz cumpleaños. ¿Cuántos cumples? (102). Estudiantes de Español 211, preparamos la tertulia y un nuevo capítulo. Los folletos del Workshop Understanding Globalization on the US Mexico Border are posted for your use. Sólo los primeros diez en darme las palabras mágicas obtendrán crédito extra (only the first ten to give me the secret words will obtain the extra credit) Workshop participants: Handouts are available for your use. ¡Buena suerte!
