El cruce desde el puente. La diferencia entre el aquí y el allá. El bordo, el borde, la pasada... El otro lado. Observar es cruzar a través de todas esas personas cuyas vidas se ven divididas en dos... quiero decir, trabajadores, estudiantes, comerciantes, inversionistas, empresarios, turistas, conferencistas, investigadores, músicos, artistas, escritores, etceterilla.

To observe is to cross as all of those who actually do it, by car or on foot, and see their lives broken in two pieces... I mean the workers, the students, the merchants, the investors, the entrepreneurs, the tourists, the lecturers, the research graduates, the musicians, the artists, the writers, etcetera.
